How to check which Customer statements have been printed or emailed

- From the main Accentis toolbar, open System > Database Administration > Audit trail report
- Enter the date you emailed the statements in the From date box (top left)
- Untick the All functions check box (below the second list at the top) and then select Customer statements in the list above it
- Untick everything except Reports (Print) in the Action selection list on the top right
- Click the Refresh button (bottom left)
