Work order actions

The permissions that determine whether a user can add, edit, or delete work order actions is based on a combination of both the Work order permissions and the Work order action permissions.

For a user to add a work order action, they will need:

• Read permissions or greater to the Work order function.
  • Because of how permissions are applied for commands, if the Work order actions form is being opened from a command, then the user will also need Read permissions to the Work order actions function.

For a user to delete a work order action, they will need one of the below:

• Delete permissions or greater to the Work order function.
• Administrator permissions to the Work order actions function.
• Delete permissions or greater to the Work order actions function, if the action was created by that user.
