Why are some of the columns in my search not visible?
Quick Answer
They are hidden, or their width is 0.
Overview
When viewing a search in Accentis Enterprise, there are two reasons why a column may not be displaying. Either:
- The column has been hidden; or
- The column's width has been set to 0.
The processes below show how to unhide columns and restore their widths. If you are unsure why the column is not appearing, you can perform both processes to account for either reason.
Keep in mind that these processes will apply to all columns, so you may have to re-hide any columns that you want to remain hidden.
Unhiding columns
To unhide a column that has been hidden:
- Right-click on any column headers.
- Select Unhide all columns.
Alternatively,
- Click anywhere in the search results section.
- Press CTRL+U.
Restoring column width
To restore a column that has been set to 0 width:
- Right-click on any column headers.
- Select Autosize all column widths.
Alternatively,
- Click anywhere in the search results section.
- Press CTRL+Z.
