How to send an email to employees from Accentis Enterprise
Overview
Accentis Enterprise has a simple process that you can use to send an email to your employees. You can choose to send an email to one, a selection of, or all employees in the database.
Emails can only be sent successfully if an email address is recorded against the employee.
Send email to employees
- Go to your favourite employee list which contains the employee email addresses. The standard employee list can be found under Payroll > Report > Employees > Employees list (or CTRL SHIFT R and then type SA1187)
- Select the employees and then right-click in the Email column > Send to Outlook or Send to Outlook (as BCC address)
