SA4056 - Sales quote analysis
Overview
SA4056 is a general -purpose Sales quote analysis dashboard that displays Quotes by status and presents this as a Win/Loss analysis of Sales Quotes over a rolling 12-month period.

Rolling 12 months up to this date |
Defaults to today’s date but can be set in the past to view rolling 12 months back from any date. |

Allows you to filter down to one or multiple users listed as the Entered by field on the Quote form. |
Quote status |
Allows you to filter down to one or multiple Status categories listed under the Status/Forecast tab on the Quote form. |
Show details of quote stages for pending quotes |
If unchecked, removes all Quotes with the status of Pending. |
Data Returned
All data presented on this report is extracted from data within the Sales Quote form within the database on which the report is being run.

This represents the list of calculations or KPI's that are being measured.

Days from Quote date to Sales order date taken as an average over multiple Quotes/Sales Orders. |

The total dollar value (excluding tax) of all Quotes Lost - Price + Lost – Supply + Lost – Other in the period. |
Lost - Other $Value |
The total dollar value (excluding tax) of all Quotes Lost - Other in the period. |
Not proceeding $Value |
The total dollar value (excluding tax) of all Quotes Not proceeding in the period. |
Lost - Supply $Value |
The total dollar value (excluding tax) of all Quotes Lost - Supply in the period. |
Lost - Other Count |
The total number of Quotes Lost - Other in the period. |
Lost - Price Count |
The total number of Quotes Lost - Price in the period. |

Note
- All currency values have been converted to the local system currency using the exchange rate embedded into the quote at the time of quote creation.
