How to check which Customer statements have been printed or emailed

  1. From the main Accentis toolbar, open System > Database Administration > Audit trail report
  2. Enter the date you emailed the statements in the From date box (top left)
  3. Untick the All functions check box (below the second list at the top) and then select Customer statements in the list above it
  4. Untick everything except Reports (Print) in the Action selection list on the top right
  5. Click the Refresh button (bottom left)
