Search & Report Permissions
The Search and report permissions form provides a method of regulating access to individual searches and reports.
- Access to reports can be assigned on a per user or per user group basis
- Access defaults to function-based permissions
- Users can be granted access to reports outside their standard permission set

Reference: Yes/no
This represents whether or not access to the report is granted to any user having READ permissions for the function assigned to the report. This option is selected by default for a new report.

This represents whether or not access to the report is granted to any user or user group selected in the users / user groups list.
When this option is selected, the users / user groups list becomes available. This option is not selected by default for a new report.

This list displays all available users and user groups currently in Accentis Enterprise. Clicking on the small box to the left of each user or user group in the list will toggle a tick on or off for the user or user group. A tick in the box next to a user means that particular user will be able to view the current report. A tick in the box next to a user group means that every user in the user group will be able to view the report.
