Can I email Purchase orders and Remittance advice to different Supplier contacts?
Overview
By default, automated emails will be sent to the contact email address specified on the General details tab for each Supplier.
However, if a Supplier has multiple contacts with different roles, you can specify which contact receives which notifications.
Process
On the Contacts tab of your Supplier, ensure that you have linked the contacts to whom you would like to send your notifications.
On the right-hand side, there will be a column titled “Associated functions”.
Right-click on this column and select “Manage associated functions”.
From there, you can assign as few or as many functions to whichever contacts you choose.
To select a contact to whom you would like to send Remittance advice, associate the “Payment” function to the contact.
To select a contact to whom you would like to send Purchase orders, associate the "Purchase order" function to the contact.
