If I forgot to assign a job’s WIP or FLUSH account and then do it later, will it update all prior transactions?

No. Generally speaking, any time you update data like this, Accentis Enterprise will not automatically go back and re-process everything to use the new setup. You would have to manually go back to each transaction and Edit/Update the record to get it to re-transact the data. For some functions, such as Timesheet, you also need to change something about the value on the timesheet to force Accentis Enterprise to re-transact that data.
