Users list
Reference: List
This field allows you to select from a list of the users who are currently logged into the database. Holding SHIFT when selecting allows you to multi-select multiple adjacent users. Holding CTRL when selecting allows you to multi-select users one at a time.
If no selection is made, the first user on the list will be selected by default.
Broadcast

This button launches the Message window. This is used after you have already selected the intended recipients from the Users list.
