Job groups
Job groups allow you to create arbitrary groupings for jobs. Every job created must be assigned a job group.

Special actions available for users with Administrator permissions:
- Change the User ID of the Entered by field of memos.
- Edit memos entered by other users.
Database rules:
- A job group cannot be deleted if it is referenced by any of the following:
- Jobs
