Locations
Locations represent the different physical workplaces at which employees can be situated. An employee is designated as working at (or being based at) exactly one location.

Special actions available for users with Administrator permissions:
- Change the User ID of the Entered by field of memos.
- Edit memos entered by other users.
Database rules:
- A location cannot be deleted if any of the following circumstances exist:
- The location is referenced as the location for any Employee

This field should contain any comments that are relevant to the location.
